GRAND COUNTY PET PALS: GCPP is our local 501(c)(3) non-profit whose mission is promoting responsible pet ownership through spay and neuter. They also financially support medical care of animals at the Grand County Animal Shelter and their volunteers provide dog walking and cat snuggling at the shelter. TROUBLESOME HORSE RESCUE AND REHABILITATION (THRR) : THRR cares for about 9 horses at the Western Dreams Ranch in Kremmling. Most of the horses were neglected or abused, and now are well-fed and happy. The large indoor arena can be rented to work with your own horse. Volunteers can learn basic horsemanship and get their "horse fix"!
